Byli jsme s p\u0159\u00edtelkyn\u00ed tak\u00e9 velmi mlad\u00ed a star\u0161\u00ed n\u00e1bytek n\u00e1m tehdy p\u0159i\u0161el vhod. U\u017e\u00edvali jsme byt v\u010detn\u011b n\u00e1bytku deset let a pot\u00e9 se pronaj\u00edmatel rozhodl byt prodat. P\u016fvodn\u00ed n\u00e1bytek tu ale k prodeji p\u0159ek\u00e1\u017eel a tak bylo zapot\u0159eb\u00ed se jej n\u011bjak efektivn\u011b zbavit.To bylo mo\u017en\u00e9 prov\u00e9st dv\u011bma zp\u016fsoby. T\u00edm prvn\u00edm byla sv\u00e9pomocn\u00e1 akce, ov\u0161em velmi komplikovan\u00e1 hmotnost\u00ed nerozeb\u00edrateln\u00e9ho n\u00e1bytku a nav\u00edc t\u00edm, \u017ee \u0161lo o byt v p\u00e1t\u00e9m pat\u0159e bez v\u00fdtahu. V\u0161e se muselo pracn\u011b vyn\u00e1\u0161et ven po \u00fazk\u00e9m domovn\u00edm schodi\u0161ti a ke v\u0161emu tu byly i velmi omezen\u00e9 mo\u017enosti parkov\u00e1n\u00ed. Druh\u00fd zp\u016fsob je sice dra\u017e\u0161\u00ed, ale zcela bezstarostn\u00fd. Pouze p\u0159ed\u00e1te kl\u00ed\u010de od bytu st\u011bhovac\u00ed \u010di vykl\u00edzec\u00ed firm\u011b a o nic u\u017e se nestar\u00e1te. Vyklizen\u00ed bytu prob\u011bhne t\u0159eba i bez va\u0161\u00ed p\u0159\u00edtomnosti a uvnit\u0159 z\u016fstane jen to, na \u010dem se p\u0159edem domluv\u00edte. Lze odtud vynosit i starou podlahovou krytinu, nap\u0159\u00edklad linoleum a star\u00e9 koberce, tak\u017ee byt z\u016fstane zcela pr\u00e1zdn\u00fd, co\u017e pro budouc\u00ed prodej bytu m\u016f\u017ee znamenat v\u00fdhodu v tom, \u017ee byt bude opticky v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed.Sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed vykl\u00edzen\u00ed byt\u016f m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt i vyklizen\u00ed v Praze Vykl\u00edzen\u00ed dohodou sklepn\u00edch k\u00f3j\u00ed. Tam se m\u016f\u017ee tak\u00e9 nach\u00e1zet spousta p\u0159edm\u011bt\u016f, nap\u0159\u00edklad odlo\u017een\u00fd star\u00fd n\u00e1bytek \u010di dom\u00e1c\u00ed pot\u0159eby, po\u0161kozen\u00e9 hra\u010dky a rozbit\u00e9 sportovn\u00ed pot\u0159eby nebo dom\u00e1c\u00ed spot\u0159ebi\u010de \u010di elektrick\u00e9 n\u00e1\u0159ad\u00ed. Ve sklep\u011b nav\u00edc b\u00fdv\u00e1 spousta prachu a ten pak vykl\u00edzec\u00ed pr\u00e1ce zt\u011b\u017euje. Vykl\u00edzec\u00ed firmy jsou ale na takov\u00e9 akce p\u0159ipraven\u00e9 a po\u010d\u00edtaj\u00ed s t\u00edm, \u017ee se tu mohou setkat s mnoha nep\u0159\u00edjemnostmi a tak\u00e9 s nebezpe\u010dn\u00fdmi p\u0159edm\u011bty, nap\u0159\u00edklad se z\u00e1\u0159ivkov\u00fdmi trubicemi s obsahem rtuti, jedy na hlodavce, n\u00e1dobami s kyselinou atd.
